Main Responsibilities
Identify, arrange, and coordinate payment for meeting venues such as classrooms and boardrooms.
Select restaurants and venues for meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, receptions) and manage meal coordination.
Arrange group transfers in accordance with established protocols, partnering with local transportation services.
Recommend cultural activities for groups and coordinate event specifics.
Organize participant gifts and care packages.
Gather information on local health protocols as mandated by authorities and required by providers.
Coordinate logistical details for events managed by the organization with attention to budget control and adherence to quality standards.
You'll Excel In This Role If You Are
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Skilled in negotiating pricing and payment terms with vendors.
Capable of independent work, multitasking, and meeting deadlines collaboratively.
Able to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience
Advanced proficiency in English.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior experience in events and logistics highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, creativity, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
