Overview:
Reporting to the designated Fever team, the General Manager is responsible for planning, oversight, coordination of all production and operations related activities for the upcoming “Titanic. The Exhibition” event.
Desired Qualifications:
Production/Operational Management:
On-site management and operations of the “Titanic. The Exhibition” experience, located in Seattle, Washington Provide key front of house management services including, but not limited to, ticket scanning and stewarding in a fast-paced environment. Ensure customer safety and wellbeing throughout the experience. Able to lead a site evacuation with support from the Operations and Security leaders. Be the first level of escalation in customer complaints. Handle any problems/ special requests with guests Develop a process for a smooth daily run of the experience as well as the continuous maintenance of the experience standards Set up a coordinated system for the storage and handling of stock Oversee all aspects of the event operations including coordination of schedules of vendors, cleaning, security, frontline staff and production personnel. Communicate and coordinate with venue staff and Fever leadership daily Working alongside Fever’s Producers and Project Manager to ensure the continued quality of the show for the entirety of the run Sending comprehensive end-of-day reports to the Fever Production team Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the venue Handle guestlist and assist with guests check-in procedures Weekly reporting on daily issues to management Oversee the creative, technical, and practical aspects of all production running elements, including FOH management, technical crews, and operational support as applicable.

Overview:

Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional production management or stage management experience in a Large scale events, theatrical, Concerts, Outdoor festival, Museum performance, or equivalent setting. Experience managing large scale projects including site-specific work
- Preferably 2+ years experience as a Supervisor in customer service or events.
- Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively with a diverse community
- Proven ability to disseminate information and ideas to a range of stakeholders with respect, timeliness, and clarity
- Ability to be calm and responsive in difficult and urgent situations.
- Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work graciously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- The capacity to develop and maintain strong professional relationships across the organization and work collaboratively with colleagues. Ability to foster consensus-building teams.
- Outstanding work ethic and a composed, cool demeanor adapting to evolving conditions
- Clear communication skills; ability to to relay key information in a clear and concise manner.
- The ability to maintain multiple projects, adjust priorities, make decisions and plan quickly as needs arise
- Familiarity with the work and techniques of theatrical audio, video, and lighting systems and their operation. Knowledge of props, carpentry, stage operations and logistics. construction and trade unions.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite, GSuite, Excel, reading technical ground plans
- Knowledge of digital tools as Slack and/or Square will be a plus (not required)
- Available to work nights, weekends, and possible holidays
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to regularly walk, stand, stoop, bend, kneel, and reach in various positions to perform tasks

Production/Operational Management:
- Stock management & ordering of supplies needed for the experience
- Maintain clear communication within the production department to ensure successful integration of a show’s technical and operational elements.
- Provide on-site supervision, management, and troubleshooting of production needs throughout the run of the event
- Provide supervision load-in and work calls during the production process coordinating activity with other department heads
- Coordinate ongoing maintenance of all production/operational elements and event space including scenery and effects equipment throughout the run.
- Liaise with Venue, internal departments and external vendors as necessary to provide production and operational support for events.
- Ensure a safe environment for all staff and event visitors including being up to date on best practices for health and safety
- Following the completion of production, conduct retrospective analysis and conduct a "post-mortem" debrief meeting with the Production team
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Fever team, including ordering, reconciling credit card statements, scheduling meetings, and coordinating training.
- Review and report staff payroll
- Support the Production team with safety-related administration, including scheduling and tracking training, ordering supplies, and updating safety documents.
- Communicate on behalf of Fever, including taking and circulating event reports, drafting project-wide communications, and ensuring field-based team members receive all applicable information.
- Maintain and update event specs, toolkits and operational documentation for use in future remounting of the event.
- Administer onboarding documents and timesheets, and approve weekly payroll for production and onsite event staff (FoH, Security, Cleaning as applicable)
- In collaboration with Fever producers, develop staffing plans. Oversee project planning and staffing needs by determining artistic, production, and operational needs.
- Oversee the front of house assistants; ensuring they deliver a positive and welcoming atmosphere as the first point of contact to all guests.
- Manage all position rotations and staff breaks throughout the performance shift.
- Manage and assess team performance and training needs with the goal of establishing high-performing and highly engaged team members
- Supervise on-site technical, trade, union and/or non-union staff; manage and motivate through all phases of advance and execution. recruiting, onboarding, scheduling and supervising all staff members within your department.
