The role of the Event Coordinator is to plan, organize, and manage corporate wellness events and work alongside the Event Team to provide day-to-day support to Wellworks For You's onsite biometric screening clients.

What will your day look like?
Plan, organize, and manage corporate wellness screening events from start to finish for small to mid-size clients
Responsible for all event communications with clients on a daily basis
Submit event requests to various partners and compile event information
Provides updates to screening partners with event changes and logistics
Update client portal with event information and create event signup sheets
Serves as the backup contact for any member of the Event Team
Works cohesively with other Event Admin(s) and Event Specialist(s) to streamline partner workflows and relationships
Assist and mentor Wellness Coordinators with small event requests for clients
Complete post event client forms
Send client post event surveys and compile feedback
Responsible for compiling and distributing agendas and call summary notes from client meetings
Works closely with internal Marketing Team to ensure materials are updated for clients and department
Retrieve daily data feeds from sFTP, review data files, format them to match system specifications and load them into the client’s specific Portal
Assists in conducting data audits monthly to ensure accuracy
Compile partner invoices and provide detailed billing summaries to Billing Department
Works closely with the Senior Manager on streamlining processes for clients throughout the year
Assists with any one-off event clients from our Sales Department
Assist Admin Department with forms processing and other admin duties as assigned
Collaborates with Event Team to conduct yearly internal training to Account Management Department
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as needed
Requirements
What should you bring to the table?
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2+ years or related event planning experience
Strong customer service background
Ability to lead client calls and manage client/partner relationships
Experience with corporate wellness screening events, preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to problem solve with positive results
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously, sometimes under tight deadlines
Excellent organization skills
Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity
Flexible, open to new ideas, and willing to take on new responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
Comfortable with cloud-based portals and systems
What is the work environment?
This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
This position is a fully remote position, reporting into our home office in Malvern, Pa. Local candidates can have the option of hybrid work in office and remote if desired.
Because you will be handling confidential client information, you must work from your designated home office and not a public location.
Technology, hardware and software, are provided. Employees must provide their own secure internet access.
This position's hours will be Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm ET.
Flexibility to work outside of normal work hours to be available during events when necessary
**The salary for this position is $50,000/year**
