Estimator - Utility Solar

Intelletec Energy are seeking experienced utility scale solar project estimators for active projects across the US.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Pre-Construction Service activities across all departments
• Provide technical support and prepare discipline estimates
• Develop pricing strategies and game plans for estimates
• Support Project Managers in inquiries and bid evaluations
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations
• Act as Bid Captain and assign work to bid teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in estimating, cost control, or related construction roles for renewable energy projects
• Thorough knowledge of company procedures and estimating techniques
• Ability to estimate various projects and supervise team efforts
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Skilled in using estimating software and generating management reports
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Experience with Utility-Scale Solar, Wind and/or BESS
