Job Description
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, utilizing Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to develop comprehensive project estimates and budgets.
Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to identify project requirements and cost factors.
Conduct thorough research to obtain competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
Review and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals to ensure compliance with project specifications and budgetary constraints.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations as necessary.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
5-8 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in data center construction or commercial projects.
Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Experience with General Contracting (GC) or Owner Representative (Owner Rep) roles is a plus.
