Estimator

We are looking for a highly organized Estimator to join our team. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects including quantity take-offs, price estimating, budgeting, and documentation. The successful candidate will need to have strong conflict resolution skills and experience using Microsoft Office, estimating software, and database management.

Position Overview: The Estimator will provide accurate cost estimates for construction projects. The Estimator will also be responsible for quantity take-offs, price estimating, budgeting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and price estimating.
• Develop and maintain budgets.
• Document all estimates and project updates.
• Resolve conflicts between contractors and owners.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, estimating software, and database management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating.
• Knowledge of construction processes and legal requirements.
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating software, and database management (nice to have).
