Esthetician (WA License)

Description:

• Professional customer service skills.
• Perform treatments as scheduled.
• An esthetician offers treatments that promote the health and beauty of the skin-various specialties considered.
• Familiarize and upsell current products and treatments.
• Help in maintenance of back bar for all products.
• Participating in team meetings
• Establish & maintain solid work relationships, through communication, cooperation, and positive interaction with team members and all other departments.
• Work with others to prevent problems and find a solution when issues arise.
• Responsible for cleanup and condition of treatment rooms.

COMPENSATION: LEVEL 1 Minimum of $55.74- $70.74 ($15.74 per hour + $40 per 50-min. service, and $55 per 80-min. service) and the opportunity to grow in compensation and leadership positions. (LEVEL 2 and LEVEL 3 Estheticians are paid more)

Must Have:

Current Washington (WA) Esthetician License.

License must be updated every year prior to expiration to maintain employment.

A copy of the license must be provided to HR prior to onboarding.

CPR Certification

Desirable:

2 years of Esthetician, Facial experience.  Experienced in body treatments. Trained in a variety of facial and body treatments. Experience with computers, Experience in Hospitality Industry in a similar position. Previous guest relations training.
