Role Description
As an Esthetician at Harmony Aesthetics Center, you are a Skin Expert! You are practiced in delivering the highest level of customer service and achieving exemplary sales results. In this role, you will provide your Clients with world-class luxury facial treatments, exceptional skin consultations, and curated product recommendations. You will provide memorable and authentic Client interactions, ensuring each Client leaves feeling their best with our signature glow and a smile. You are SKIN GURU with your ear to the ground on the newest Aesthetic Technology and always striving to evolve. We are looking for someone who is experienced, results-driven, and LOVES what they do!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide consistent professional aesthetic treatments under office protocols and accepted certification practices
Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment, and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service
Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of skincare services while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases
Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating patients in these areas so they are aware of all of our services offered
Actively promote home skin care regimens and document all medical information using appropriate forms and clinical notes in the software system
Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls
Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures
Concentrate on patient retention and referrals
Manage your individual professional social media page
Positive attitude

Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations
Handle patients' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
Qualifications
Experience in a similar role within luxury Spa or Clinic environments
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven ability to generate sales and meet quotas
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid Estheticians License (CA)
Be up to date with the highest level of sanitation protocols
