North America Senior HR Manager at Caudalie

FUNCTIONS:


  • Evaluate a customer’s skin condition and offer recommendations for treatments
  • Perform facials and body treatments according to Caudalie protocol and fulfill guest requests and expectations.
  • Exceptional ability to develop clientele, strong relationships, and influence customers.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and customer service expectations.
  • Participate and utilize training to elevate product knowledge and application techniques.
  • Passionate and energetic about skin care/beauty with a desire to grow within the brand.
  • Demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understands the Caudalie brand, ingredients and the benefits to the client.
  • Ability to answer client questions regarding the services offered and products utilized and available by Caudalie.
  • Understands and utilizes universal precautions when providing services, cleaning and maintaining treatment tools and equipment.
  • Assess guest needs and identify allergies and/or any medical conditions that may impact the services and products used during the client’s treatment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and treatment room, launder and change linens.
  • Monitor and adhere to time schedules for treatments being performed.
  • Report inappropriate client behavior, accidents, injuries, reactions to products/services to manager immediately.
  • Perform opening/closing procedures as necessary.
  • Ensure spa and boutiques are fully stocked of all merchandise and setup is aligned with Caudalie standards.
  • Other duties as assigned, which may include support the front desk in answering the phone, booking and changing appointments, stocking merchandise, among others.


Qualifications:

Education/Experience


  • Proof of valid Esthetician license

  • Embraces the use technology such as an iPad, email and telephone services.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, positive energy
  • Exceptional ability to develop relationships, solve problems, use good judgment and influence customers/co-workers.
  • Proven ability to set and achieve goals
  • Must enjoy working with people in a team environment


Work Hours & Location

  • Available to work a flexible schedule, which may include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours.
  • This position is located at Meatpacking Boutique and Spa


Compensation:

  • Ranges between $ 17 and $ 19 plus treatment & product commissions
