Overview

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Online English Instructors/English Instructor Associates. As a leading provider of online English classes to Korean clients, we focus on delivering customized tutoring services tailored to the specific needs of our clientele, including major companies such as Samsung and Hyundai Corporation.

Requirements

University Degree holder, preferably in Education or English Major

1-2 years of experience in Online Teaching is an advantage

Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)

Passion for Teaching

High sense of Professionalism and Commitment

Positive Work Attitude

Pleasing personality

Willingness to undergo Training

Responsibilities

Conduct online English classes following our curriculum designed to meet the learning trends and needs of Korean clients

Provide tailored instruction in areas such as Business English, Classroom English, and English Proficiency Tests

Engage with students in 10-minute, 15-minute, and 20-minute online phone classes, video classes, and smartphone classes

Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students
