What you'll do:
The salary range for this position is $19.00- $24.00 an hour. In addition, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. What you'll do:
- Provide support to obtain the appropriate escrow documentation in accordance with policy and procedures and applicable state and federal regulations
- Provide administrative support to escrow officers with closing transactions and preparation of documents
- Acts as liaison between all parties involved in the transaction
- Review contracts, commitments and orders in preparation for the closing
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 1 or more years of Escrow Assistant experience or related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Real Estate or Escrow a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to problem solve and prioritize
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and organized
