Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Assistant located in Santa Clarita, CA. The Escrow Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with escrow, including closings, communication with clients and partners, customer service, and notary services.
Qualifications
- Escrow and Closings experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Knowledge of real estate processes and regulations
- Experience with escrow software and tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
