ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • System Implementation:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations.
  • Configure the ERP system modules to optimize business processes and workflows.
  • Customize and integrate additional features or modules as needed to meet specific business needs.
  • Ensure data migration processes are executed smoothly and accurately.
  • System Maintenance and Support:
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted operation.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving system-related queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors for escalated technical support when necessary.
  • Training and Documentation:
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, user guides, and documentation for the ERP system.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users, including new hires and existing staff, to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
  • Customize training programs based on user roles and responsibilities to maximize learning outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support and refresher training to enhance user proficiency and adoption.
  • System Optimization and Enhancement:
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize system performance and streamline business processes.
  • Recommend and implement system enhancements, configurations, or integrations to improve efficiency and functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for future system enhancements or upgrades.

Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities

  • Proven experience (3 years) working with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience (3 years) designing and conducting training events in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting training sessions and interacting with stakeholders.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (optional but preferred).
  • Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in relevant ERP systems or project management (optional but preferred).
  • Degree or certification in education, training, or related field (optional but preferred).

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to spend at least 50% of work time sitting and using standard desktop computing equipment.
  • Must be able to spend 10% of their year traveling across the country.
  • Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups of co-workers.
  • Must be able to hear and speak clearly enough to participate in highly interactive, fast-paced conversations.
  • Must be comfortable conducting training sessions in a food manufacturing plant.
