The ERP Process Improvement Manager's primary focus will be helping Sonepar's operating companies improve their operational productivity.

What You Will Do

  • Developing and Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across our operating companies (OpCo's) as they relate to the Eclipse system for sales, branch operations, and non-CDC warehousing.
  • Reviewing Eclipes dashboard with operating companies and assisting them in improving performance.
  • Training operating companies on various areas of the Eclipse ERP system in a classroom setting, small groups, or 1:1 via web sessions.
  • Executing SOPs for new system features.
  • Special projects:
  • Testing software modification
  • Assisting OpCo's on projects they need help on
  • Support in the conversation process when converting an Opco to Eclipse

What You Bring

  • Knowledge of the overall Eclipse system.
  • Able to lead a project and coordinate the activities of team members.
  • Experience teaching in a classroom setting (10-20 people) and small groups.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work effectively.

Education And Experience

  • Four-year college degree
  • Minimum of 5 years working in the distribution industry. Experience in electrical distribution is a plus.
  • At least 5 years experience working on Eclipse ERP system.
  • At least 5 years developing, documenting, and implementing organizational improvements.
  • At least 5 years leading and coordinating teams' activities necessary to achieve goals.

Travel

  • Approximately 1 week a month

Applicants must be able to work for Sonepar in the United States without employment sponsorship now or in the future. The candidate of choice must also successfully pass a background verification, credit check, and drug screen.

Compensation

  • This is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
  • Pay Range is $95,000 - $130,000 annually. DOE
