Equity Research Senior Associate/ VP, Industrials

Jefferies Equity Research is seeking a VP / senior research associate to join our Building Products Team. The candidate will support a Senior Analyst and will be part of a team that conducts extensive industry, company and macroeconomic analysis.



Responsibilities

  • The VP / Senior Associate will work with the Senior Analyst on:
  • Modeling financial statements and conducting fundamental research
  • Writing actionable research reports on public companies
  • Following and analyzing industry trends
  • Maintaining relationships with company and industry contacts
  • Interacting with Sales and buy-side clients



Qualifications Required

  • Good Financial modeling skills
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable development and maintenance of relationships with team members, buy-side clients and corporate
  • Team oriented, motivated individual



Preferred

  • 3-6 years of work experience in an analytical filed like equity research, accounting, banking, consulting, and corporate finance.



Salary Range for this role is $130,000 to $175,000



The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
