Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Equity Research Analyst Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced research analysts to analyze and evaluate investment opportunities in various sectors. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in equity research and develop analytical skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis on companies, industries, and market trends to support investment decision-making.
  • Assist in building and maintaining financial models to forecast company performance and valuation.
  • Prepare written reports and presentations summarizing research findings and investment recommendations.
  • Monitor news and events affecting assigned sectors and companies, and provide timely updates to the research team.
  • Collaborate with team members to generate investment ideas and contribute to investment strategy discussions.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks as needed to support the research process.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest in financial markets and investment analysis.
