Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Investment Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing and recommending mutual funds and equities, supporting our Wealth Management Group, and contributing to the overall objectives of our Investment Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Mutual Fund Analysis:
• Conduct thorough analysis and recommend suitable mutual funds through independent research and third-party resources.
• Develop and maintain screening criteria for fund selection and monitoring processes.
• Lead due diligence meetings with fund management teams and maintain approved and watch lists.
• Equity Analysis:
• Identify key drivers of shareholder value in assigned sectors and monitor industry developments.
• Evaluate equity investment opportunities using various analytical methods and present recommendations to strategy managers.
• General Contributions:
• Adhere to departmental policies and procedures while supporting various functions within the Investment Department.
• Assist in managing proprietary asset allocation models and support client relationships in the Retirement Services Department.
• Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to address client issues promptly and effectively.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CFA and/or MBA preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in investment research.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products; experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, and/or Morningstar Direct preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
