The role of the vp-level Trade Support Analyst is to assist the traders and sales in their daily tasks, making sure the transactions are properly booked and reported. He/she/they will also be the point of contact of support functions for any discrepancy in the processing of operations and will have the responsibility to resolve the issues on behalf of the F/O.
Book and modify tickets in FO systems as needed
Assist in calculating and amending performance and financing tickets for settlements
Booking corporate actions
Process expiries and lifecycle events
Assist in the resolution of trade discrepancies
Assist Market Risk in investigating and resolving P&L breaks
Provide assistance to traders and sales staff as needed
Trade discrepancies resolution by coordinating with various groups globally and locally on behalf of FO
Update metrics
Ensure procedures are current and being followed, constantly using all resources available in creating an efficient control process which is both relevant and sensitive to the client and our business partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of Trade Support or Middle office experience
Sophis knowledge preferred
Strong knowledge of the Equity Derivatives markets and products, trade life cycle and settlement end-to-end flows for variety of fixed income products
Proficiency in MS Excel
Knowledge of Summit Application a plus
Ability to effectively and promptly communicate with counterparties and trading desk
Series 99 required (can be obtained after hire)

The salary range for this position will be between $110,000 - $135,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
