As an Equipment Technician (also known as Machine Technician, Technical Support Specialist), you'll be responsible for the repair and maintenance of various equipment systems. Your role will also involve providing technical support, managing assigned tasks, participating in equipment installation and training, and assisting in department planning. You'll also be expected to provide support to the sales team and participate in industry trade shows.

Qualifications
3+ years of commercial/industrial equipment service experience.
Working knowledge and experience with computerized logic systems (PLCs, HMIs, etc.) and electrical power conditioners (Frequency drives, Phase inverters, buck/boost transformers).
Ability to read electrical schematics and a basic foundation in mechanical repair.
High school diploma.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a customer service-oriented approach.
Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting, and Hydraulics Experience.
Experience with Servo Motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
