We are seeking an Equipment Service Technician to join our team. You will maintain and repair financial equipment and related software components.
Responsibilities:
Perform full range of in-shop maintenance and repair of financial equipment.
Troubleshoot and perform diagnostic testing on hardware down to the component level
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Replace defective components and wiring
Maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests and documents related to the repair process
Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and repair electrical/electronic problems in harnesses and control systems
Be a self-starter and proactively advance projects to completion. Provide clear documentation and record keeping.
Work may include soldering, crimping, replacing/repairing connectors, etc
Operate heat gun, solder iron, oscilloscope, multi-meter and other test equipment as required
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma; college or technical school degree is a plus but not required
Must have formal training or experience in technical repair of electrical equipment
Must be proficient in computers and common network problems
Must have a professional appearance and demeanor and ability to work independently
Experience with 3D printing and CAD drawings a plus
Ability to handle physical workload
