Paladin Consulting is currently hiring an Equipment Coordinator to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Miami Lakes, FL.

Job Title: Equipment Coordinator
Work Location: Miami Lakes, FL
Duration: Long-term contract
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school diploma

Job Description & Responsibilities :
  • Oversee all aspects of last mile delivery including communication and coordinating with interoffice personnel, Xerox, Client and 3rd Party vendors.
  • Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling equipment deliveries, placement, moves, asset data collection, installation check lists, etc.
  • Integrates sales orders with a master schedule; coordinates availability of equipment and staff as needed to meet delivery dates. Maintains master distribution schedule for the assigned facility; revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.
  • Deliver operational excellence and customer service.
  • Interface with every level of management within client environment with ease and professionalism.
  • Manage and coordinate service and technical escalations until resolution.
Skills & Qualifications :
  • Superb organization, communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, negotiation & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to interact with Xerox, Clients and Client's I.T., as applicable
  • Problem resolution and negotiation skills
  • Perform duties with minimum supervision
  • Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite
  • Very strong communication skills
