Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of last mile delivery including communication and coordinating with interoffice personnel, Xerox, Client and 3rd Party vendors.
- Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling equipment deliveries, placement, moves, asset data collection, installation check lists, etc.
- Integrates sales orders with a master schedule; coordinates availability of equipment and staff as needed to meet delivery dates. Maintains master distribution schedule for the assigned facility; revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.
- Deliver operational excellence and customer service.
- Interface with every level of management within client environment with ease and professionalism.
- Manage and coordinate service and technical escalations until resolution.
- Superb organization, communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, negotiation & problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to interact with Xerox, Clients and Client's I.T., as applicable
- Problem resolution and negotiation skills
- Perform duties with minimum supervision
- Working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite
- Very strong communication skills
