Epic Research Analyst
Location: Remote (PST hours)
Duration: 3 months + extensions
Rate: $70 - 80 per hour (W2 - DOE)
Key Qualifications:
Epic Certifications: Research Clinical and/or Research Billing certification.
Experience: Proven experience working with Epic systems, particularly in a research capacity.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Availability: Must be available to work during PST hours.
Daily Duties:
Configure and optimize Epic Research module for clinical research workflows.
Provide support and training to research and billing staff.
Manage research data, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in research and billing workflows.
Assist in the setup and management of clinical research protocols.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in audits.
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Stay informed about Epic updates and participate in system testing.
Develop and maintain documentation and SOPs.
Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving workflows and system functionality.
