Environmental, Health & Safety Manager:
In this role will support the two businesses for Philips “ AllParts Medical Division”, within the Nashville, TN Area. This position will work directly with the Operations Management Teams at both sites to develop a robust Health & Safety program that focuses on risk management, regulatory and corporate compliance, continual improvement and builds an environment that facilitates a strong worker participation program.

Job Description
Environmental, Health & Safety Manager:
In this role will support the two businesses for Philips “ AllParts Medical Division”, within the Nashville, TN Area. This position will work directly with the Operations Management Teams at both sites to develop a robust Health & Safety program that focuses on risk management, regulatory and corporate compliance, continual improvement and builds an environment that facilitates a strong worker participation program.
Your role:
- Focus on implementing and continuously develop an EHS culture that allows constant employee awareness and participation to assure compliance on EHS matters.
- Implement and improve health & safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure Regulatory and Corporate compliance for 2 Locations +Warehouse.
- Develop and embed strategies and ways of working to support continual improvement of OSH working practices in relation to operational processes & program objectives.
- Adopt and support a risk management/reduction approach through completion of risk assessments and implementation of risk analysis and reduction programs to manage and reduce risk to an acceptable level, ensuring significant risks are escalated to leadership.
- Measures performance & program effectiveness through goals, objectives, KPIs, trend analysis, site inspections and monthly incident reporting.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance, manage non-conformances through corrective and preventative actions and perform as a member of the Americas audit team.
- Work directly with site Management Teams to enhance H&S performance, provide technical guidance on H&S requirements and program initiatives, and prepare conduct Mgmt. Reviews
- Manage compliance for hazardous and universal waste mgmt.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Health Sciences, or related similar fields of study.
- You've 4+ years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety.
- You are knowledgeable on ISO 45001 Management Systems
- You have strong acumen on regulatory compliance and technical understanding on EHS matters .
- Knowledgeable on hazardous and universal waste management processes and policies.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.
