Job Details

We are seeking an Environmental Associate with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our Environmental Law Department in Bala Cynwyd, PA. The ideal candidate will

Provide counsel on environmental compliance, regulatory matters, and environmental litigation.

Draft and review environmental permits, regulations, and related legal documents.

Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions on environmental law issues.

Represent clients in interactions with federal, state, and local environmental agencies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and legal developments.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.

Strong academic credentials.

Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple tasks.

Commitment to delivering high-quality work with outstanding attention to detail.

Team player with a collaborative spirit.
