What will I be doing?
Preparing marketing materials
Preparing contracts and related documents
Managing project files
Creating reports
Coordinating meetings
Supporting litigation process with document processing
Archiving and purging documents as needed
Providing support to Principal
Managing schedules for leave Managers and Principal
Producing and editing technical reports
Preparing correspondence
Managing database
Managing office supplies and ensuring kitchen is stocked
Making travel arrangements
Acting as point of contact for property management
What skills do I need?
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects
Highly professional in speech and presentation
What are the requirements?
BS or BA required
3+ years’ experience in a similar position
Advanced Word Excel, Power Point and Outlook skills
