Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating and curating engaging content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms, ensuring timely and appropriate communication with our audience
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize our social media strategy
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand's objectives
Track and analyze social media metrics and provide reports on the effectiveness of our social media efforts
Assist in the management of social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copies and monitoring ad performance
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Prior experience in managing social media platforms for personal or professional use is a plus
Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to engage our audience
Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret social media metrics
Familiarity with basic graphic design principles and experience with graphic design software is a plus
