Entry Level Social Media Agent Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday Salary: $51,230 - $60,560 per year

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Entry Level Social Media Agent to join our marketing team. The Social Media Agent will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance our brand and engage with our audience across various platforms. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement Create and schedule content for various social media platforms Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns Conduct research to identify industry trends and competitor strategies Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytic tools Make recommendations for optimizing social media campaigns based on data insights Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree). Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills.
