Entry Level Sales Representative

Role: Jr. Field Sales Rep

Locations: Anywhere in the New England area - Must be open to relocation upon completion of training program

Pay Rate: $22.50/hr - $46,800 + 5% bonus and overtime

A client of Insight Global is on the hunt for an up-and-coming Field Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will embark on a comprehensive 12-month Sales Development Program, offering a unique rotational training experience to gain in-depth knowledge of the company's diverse product range through various roles. Upon successful completion, the individual will ascend to the role of Territory Manager, with the exciting opportunity for nationwide relocation to oversee a brand-new territory.

Must Haves

• Outgoing interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Previous experience giving presentations to large groups of end-users/customers.
• Intermediate computer experience with particular proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint programs.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Business, Engineering, or Communications.
• Ability to travel via company truck and/or plane during training and relocate to an open sales territory post completion of the program.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.
• Must be able to lift in excess of 40 lbs. to maneuver products during demonstration
• Must be open to relocation upon completion of training program

D2D:

• Gain significant knowledge of Mueller Infrastructure Water products by shadowing current sales and training personnel, performing training demonstrations to current customers, and attending training seminars
• Travel within current Florida Infrastructure sales territories to gain knowledge of Water Division products, related industries, and responsibilities associated with sales of Mueller products.
• Present product demonstrations to end-users and distributors.
• Conduct/Assist in-house training sessions
• Prepare for the role of outside Territory Manager (assuming successful completion of training)
• Base hourly rate of $22.50/hour ($46,800 annualized before any OT)
• Annual Op-Ex bonus target of 5%
• Overtime-eligible position
