We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Manager in Training program. This entry-level management position is designed to provide comprehensive training and development to prepare candidates for a managerial role within our company. As a Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business, including sales, marketing, event coordination, and team leadership.

We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Manager in Training program. This entry-level management position is designed to provide comprehensive training and development to prepare candidates for a managerial role within our company. As a Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business, including sales, marketing, event coordination, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in an intensive training program covering all aspects of business operations
- Assist in planning and executing fundraising events and promotional campaigns
- Learn and apply effective sales and marketing strategies to engage potential donors
- Develop leadership skills by managing and motivating a team of fundraising representatives
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Collaborate with senior managers to develop and implement business strategies
- Maintain accurate records of team performance, donor interactions, and event outcomes
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors, sponsors, and partners
- Represent MGN Foundation at community events, networking opportunities, and other outreach activities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
- Strong desire to pursue a career in management and leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or fundraising is a plus
