We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Manager in Training program. This entry-level management position is designed to provide comprehensive training and development to prepare candidates for a managerial role within our company. As a Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our business, including sales, marketing, event coordination, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in an intensive training program covering all aspects of business operations
  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising events and promotional campaigns
  • Learn and apply effective sales and marketing strategies to engage potential donors
  • Develop leadership skills by managing and motivating a team of fundraising representatives
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Collaborate with senior managers to develop and implement business strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance, donor interactions, and event outcomes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, sponsors, and partners
  • Represent MGN Foundation at community events, networking opportunities, and other outreach activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred but not required
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or fundraising is a plus
