Salary: $24,000 - $36,000 (Commensurate with Experience)

A small, growing law firm in Stuart, FL, specializing in estate planning, real estate, and business law, is seeking a dedicated and professional Entry-Level Legal Receptionist/Paralegal/Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls
Greeting clients and the public with politeness and professionalism
Scanning and copying documents
Writing letters and correspondences
Entering information into databases
Reviewing legal documents
Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree not required)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and general comfort with technology
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
