Entry Level Land Surveyor

We have an opening for an entry level Land Surveyor in our Survey Division for Civil Engineering Design Firm:

Duties include:

1. Survey office calculations for construction of subdivisions and Commercial developments.
2. Topographic mapping and generating contour surfaces in Civil 3D.
3. Office management of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
4. Scheduling of field crews.

Job Requirements include:

1. Bachelor of Science in Survey Engineering
2. · Knowledge of Auto-Cad Civil 3D preferred and ability to draft plats for legal descriptions, centerline tie notes, preparation of l lot line adjustments and Final Maps.
3. · Education in plotting easements and interpretation of legal descriptions.
