Entry Level Investment Banking Specialist

The Trust Associate I is responsible for providing administrative support to the Trust Services team. This includes processing trust transactions, preparing reports, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trust principles and procedures, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Process trust transactions, such as opening and closing accounts, managing assets, and distributing funds.
• Prepare reports, such as trust account statements and annual reports.
• Provide customer service to trust clients, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Maintain trust records and files.
• Assist with other trust-related projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the trust industry.
• Strong understanding of trust principles and procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
