Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Help Desk Support member in a fully remote capacity. We provide the equipment you need, and this position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with paid training.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls, chats, and emails with professionalism, adhering to company and departmental guidelines.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows operating systems, call center operations, and connectivity problems.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
Offer additional solutions and services to customers, contributing to their overall satisfaction.
Primary Duties
Handle incoming technical support inquiries through phone, chat, and email channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve voice, data, video, and connectivity issues promptly.
Document each customer interaction thoroughly and accurately.
Support colleagues by providing backup assistance when necessary.

Flexible scheduling options available.
