Job Summary: We are is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in event planning and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events and meetings
Support the events team with logistics, including venue selection, catering arrangements, and transportation coordination
Prepare event materials and ensure all supplies are organized and available
Help manage event budgets and track expenses
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events
Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance
Assist with post-event activities such as attendee feedback collection and event recap reports
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required
