Job Descriptio we are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to support our events team. The Events Assistant will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ensuring they run smoothly and successfully. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in event planning and management. Pay :

$21.00 - $30.00 / hour Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of all aspects of events, including venue selection, logistics, and budget management Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services and products Prepare event materials, including invitations, agendas, and signage Coordinate event registrations and manage attendee communication and follow-up Coordinate catering and menu selections, and assist with food and beverage service during events Provide on-site support during events, including managing registration desks, assisting with guest inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues that arise Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
