Entry Level Equity Research Analyst - Primary Capital / Fund Formation

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Equity Research Analyst focusing on Primary Capital and Fund Formation. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis on companies, industries, and market trends to support investment decision-making processes related to primary capital raising and fund formation activities. You will work closely with senior analysts and portfolio managers to gather relevant data, perform financial modeling, and generate insightful reports to facilitate investment strategies and portfolio optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on companies, industries, and market dynamics within the primary capital and fund formation space.
• Utilize various financial models and valuation techniques to evaluate investment opportunities and potential risks.
• Monitor and track industry trends, regulatory developments, and macroeconomic factors affecting primary capital markets and fund formation activities.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and portfolio managers to develop investment theses and strategies based on research findings.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and investment recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial concepts and investment principles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or coursework in equity research, investment banking, or asset management is a plus.
