Entry Level Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management
  • Directly working with customers to support their needs
  • Marketing directly to the local territories and customers
  • Providing customers with details on productknowledge and services available to them
  • Learn the process of the sales cycle to assist customers on their orders and inquiries
  • Management training: teaching, training, and development of other employees
  • Customer Service and Sales
