The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Entry-Level Contract Management Specialist to join the growing team at the Acquisition Center in Mesa, Arizona.
Our Contract Management Specialists support United States Government (USG) and Foreign Military Sale (FMS) type contracts and proposal activities. This position includes a variety of contract management tasks, including leading proposal development, fact-finding, negotiation, and award of contracts. Additionally, these analysts will coordinate with different functions to dissect statements of work, review terms and conditions, and maintain communications with internal and external partners.

Position Responsibilities:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $54,400 - $73,600

- Exercises appropriate signature authority in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategies
- Presents business solutions to preserve and expand the business
- Represents the company in external negotiations to a diverse set of customers
- Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding sophisticated contractual agreements for The Boeing Company
- Coordinates and partners with other internal functional teams
- Summarizes complex contractual issues, develops creative solutions and coordination of contractual risk mitigation

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience in drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
- Experience leading or managing proposal development and negotiating government contracts
- Experience with proposal management, strategies development and/or contract negotiations
