Generation Alpha is looking for someone to join its growing business & development team, which helps us run local initiatives for our non-profit partners. The Entry Level Client Service Associate will help us use our established marketing techniques to run our campaigns, ensuring things run smoothly and keeping our clients at the forefront of the local community.

Client Service Associate Responsibilities:
Working with team members to execute community-based promotional fundraising events aimed at increasing donations for our charity partners
Keeping updated on industry trends and regularly informing sales and marketing of noteworthy news items and opportunities for improvement
Effectively promote our charity partners' focus to prospective donors
Collect and organize detailed records of daily donations
Establishing positive, supportive relationships with the community and providing feedback to senior management
Contributing to the daily growth and development of both our charity partners' mission and our company core mission
