We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager who will provide support to the customer service team in our organization. This position will include involvement with sales support action items as needed to ensure that a high standard of service and customer satisfaction are maintained. We, of course, provide comprehensive training and mentorship to any employee joining our team. All candidates must be excellent communicators and able to execute themselves professionally at all times.
Tasks and Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:
Maintain a positive representation of the company and associated brands at all times
Provide and ensure quality service to external customers
Answer all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Utilizing training materials in a meaningful way that ensures class graduates have a smooth transition into successful, professional Customer Service / Customer Retention positions
Interact with customers daily to inform of client products and services
Process orders and data entry with high-level accuracy
Take initiative and resolve escalations or complaints
Participation in role-play scenarios, product knowledge, and psychology of customer service behavior training
Creating a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction
Monitor individual progress to provide coaching opportunities and to understand employee developmental needs
Perform a needs assessment of the customer and recommend products and services or pass along consumer leads to the sales department depending on the level of expertise

Requirements of an Assistant Manager:
Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus
Must be organized

Qualifications:
