ENTREPRENEUR IN RESIDENCE AT A GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM

Base Salary is $175K to $250K (based upon candidate and experience)

A new venture of a Financial/FinTech Firm is looking for talented and highly motivated individuals to join its Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Program that aims to build new non-asset management businesses. The EIR will help the organization to explore such opportunities, with a main focus on fintech, insurtech, and the data analytics spaces.

We have returned to the office in a Hybrid Work Trial with employees in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Requirements And Skills

• Candidates with a proven ability to generate, research, and lead ventures, and domain knowledge in our aforementioned focus areas
• Successful candidates will be creative idea-generators with excellent critical thinking, analytical, execution, and communication skills

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Participants in the program will join the firm as full-time employees for a period of approximately six months. During that time, they will be responsible for proposing, researching, and preparing a plan for new business ideas. Promising ideas will move to the execution stage, backed by the firm, and the EIR will generally be expected to play a lead role in executing these ideas.
