Primary focus is to manage the day to day planning and execution of the installation and success of all Entertainment projects related to New C enter/ New Store openings and remodels.
Overall Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless install execution
Ensure that deadlines are meet & project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan & implement
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs in a consolidated format that can be reviewed
Report and escalate progress to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation so improvements in efficiencies can be realized
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Manage the relationship between accounting, Workday and the vendors
Perform other related duties as assigned
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Project manager requirements:
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or, 5 years work experience in project management
Experience with project management software tools a plus
The ability to travel up to 50% of the time to implementation site and to support new product development. Note travel is planned in advance
