Entertainment Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Director of Entertainment Operations, the incumbent arranges hotel reservations, transportation, catering and other arrangements for entertainers and entourage or special entertainment events. High school diploma or GED required.

Must have a minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience. Must have diversified administrative skills to include computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and proficient at keyboarding. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with entertainers and their entourage. Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance, speak, read and write in English, be neat and organized and communicate effectively with other departments. Due to the nature of the business must maintain a flexible work schedule, willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
