Position Summary
We are adding to our team of Sales Executives to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Sales Executive role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, expand and develop new business from existing and new logo clients, while actively seeking new sales opportunities. The Primary role of the Sales Executive is to sell new software to existing clients and new logo prospects.
The Sales Executive is also the primary contact for our clients and start each day excited to establish new relationships while continuing to nurture existing ones. Sales Executives also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Success and Software Brand Sales Leaders to sell new HCL Software.
The Sales Executive is required to have Financial Services Industry knowledge to develop C-suite conversations and relationships with existing clients and prospects and bring forth the right HCL solutions to develop Sales Pipeline/Opportunities and move them through the Sales Cycle to closure. You will learn from a respected team of professionals while building your knowledge, skills, and experience with a growing and dominant player in the world of Enterprise Software.
What we need from you (qualifications, skills and experience)
Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s always a plus!
Remote role in the United States -- first consideration with be those residing on the west coast
Work Authorization Status must be asa US Citizen, Green Card-Holder or Permanent Resident. For this for role, HCL Software will not support any needed Visa sponsorship.
8+ years of proven experience and sales excellence/success in Enterprise Software Sales.
Also first consideration is for those with experience selling into Financial Services Accounts
Experience working within and leveraging an internal ecosystem of Sellers and Technical Specialists is highly valued and preferred
Experience leveraging Global System Integrator (GSI) Community to retire quota is preferred
Ensure attainment of revenue and associated targets
Identify and qualify product and solution leads within managed accounts
You are self-directed, self-motivated, and focused on achieving winning results. You are eager to develop a leadership mentality and learn alongside other teammates and business leaders.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative sales approach manner
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
Integrity, humility, personal goal setting, time management, and drive to succeed
Energetic and professional; role will require very regular internal communication and interaction
Proven ability to juggle and sell multiple products at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Resourceful: you don’t always have all the answers, but you know where to find them
