Job description:


Currently, we’re looking to add to our enterprise sales team. In this role you will be responsible for sales of our Digital Operations and Workforce Management solution which has won awards around the globe. Our expertise in operations performance management is applicable in any industry, but our client base is particularly strong in Energy, Healthcare, Business Process Outsourcing and Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Investment Management and Life and Pensions) and our existing customers include recognized brands such as CIBCMellon, RBC, First Canadian Title, Dominion Energy, Anthem, Citi, Barclays, Fifth Third Bank, TD Bank, National Australia Bank, EDS, Hiscox, ANZ, New Zealand Inland Revenue and Capita to name of few.


Activities:


  • Day-to-day responsibility for direct sales activities under the direction of the EVP US Sales
  • Prospect and grow an account list, handle incoming leads, generate new leads and close sales
  • Proactively seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plans to approach and secure new business
  • Cold and warm calling on own initiative and to leads generated by marketing
  • Develop and maintain multiple stakeholder contacts at the right levels within target companies
  • Effectively execute and manage the sales process
  • Manage the sales cycle for proper pipeline reporting and forecasting purposes
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with internal stakeholders


Desired Skills and Experience:


  • Demonstrable sales and business development experience (5-10+ years software or technology sales)
  • Experienced in managing large pipelines to achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Comfortable dealing with c-level (Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, Operations, IT, Finance, Procurement, HR etc.)
  • Demonstrable sales skills to all levels up to senior board member level
  • Open to travel - people buy from people - we want you face to face with our prospects!
  • A dynamic, flexible working attitude. As a fast-paced and exciting company you need to be adaptable
  • Knowledge of the entire sales cycle
  • A winning attitude that always puts the client first
  • Able to both work independently and readily seek/take guidance
  • Highly self-motivated and high energy – someone who brings pace to their work
  • Authoritative – someone who backs up their answers with reasoning
  • Excellent communication skills – articulate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to relate to and sell to different types of people
