Northwest Partners is looking to hire an experienced ERP Implementation Project Manager to work on a project with one of our premier clients in the manufacturing industry. The right project manager will have to occasionally travel to the Client site. Applicants must be able to work for any US employer without additional work visa sponsorship.


What YOU will do

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Acumatica ERP implementations, from project initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and client teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage and allocate project resources effectively, including team members, third-party contractors, and consultants.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and clients, providing updates on milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure quality assurance processes are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate user training and change management activities to support successful ERP system adoption.
  • Document project activities, outcomes, and lessons learned for future reference and continuous improvement.


What YOU will bring us

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager leading Manufacturing ERP implementation projects, preferably with Acumatica ERP.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with small to medium-sized business environments and their operational challenges.
