As our Enterprise PMO Manager, you will:

• Spearhead the development and maturity of our PMO processes, standards, and tools, ensuring the predictable delivery of programs and projects.
• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of project and program management frameworks, influencing and advocating for best practices across the organization.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability, driving compliance with project quality standards.
• Provide oversight and guidance on risk management, schedule management, resource planning, and deliverable coordination.
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new project management processes and tools.
