What You'll Do

As a Learning Consultant - Enterprise Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving impactful solutions for our clientele. Your role will encompass:

  • Leading a dedicated POD focused on delivering impactful solutions.
  • Managing approximately 50 large enterprise accounts.
  • Identifying learning needs within the accounts and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Harnessing internal resources to maximize impact and effectiveness.
  • Nurturing strong relationships with administrators and decision-makers.
  • Building a robust referral pipeline through strategic relationship cultivation.
  • Engaging confidently in discussions about technology and industry trends.
  • Documenting all customer interactions meticulously using CRM.

Ideal Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

  • A proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to new technology tools.
  • Over 3 years of experience working remotely and with hybrid teams.
