Job Overview
The Enterprise Architect is responsible for the overall IT strategy, governance, and architecture of our organization. They ensure that the business and IT are in alignment by linking the business mission, strategy, and processes of an organization to its IT strategy. They document this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of an organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an IT architecture strategy that supports the organization’s business goals and objectives.
- Design and implement long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for managing and maintaining corporate technology and software.
- Establish, implement, and manage architectural standards and governance processes to ensure IT projects and initiatives are aligned with the enterprise architecture.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring that the solutions proposed and implemented meet business objectives and are aligned with the technology roadmap.
- Research emerging technologies and propose changes to the existing architecture to improve performance, reliability, and scalability while considering potential integration with legacy systems.
- Identify architectural risks and propose alternative solutions, balancing complex technical challenges with practical business needs.
- Provide guidance and oversight to development teams during the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects deliver according to the architectural standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the company's architecture plans and roadmaps for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience in IT management, architecture, and design, preferably in a large, complex enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of business models, IT operations, financial modeling, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive language.
- Strong experience with SAP ERP implementation
- Experience with ERP systems, cloud computing, big data, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Certification in Enterprise Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
- Experience in change management and business process improvement.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
